What is the Rewards Program? How does it work?

The rewards program is free and easy to sign up. Once you create an account you will be automatically enrolled in the rewards program and it will easily track how many points you have earned with every purchase. The Posh Shop rewards program is for every dollar that you spend at, you will receive 1 reward point. Once you earn 500 rewards points you may start redeeming your points or save them for an even greater savings, the points can only be redeemed as:

500 Reward Points = $5
1000 Reward Points = $10
2500 Reward Points = $25

As a monthly customer loyalty appreciation, our rewards system will randomly draw a lucky customer and reward them with 500 - 1000 reward points, special prizes and/or gifts. This lucky customer will be notified via email for their rewards.

Points cannot be used for shipping fees or taxes. At checkout you will have the option to redeem your points and apply however many points you have accumulated without going over the total of your purchase. Points can be used as store credit in our system only. Redeeming to cash is not allowed.


What other ways can I earn points? 

Refer a friend, when your friend sign up for the rewards program and make a purchase, your friend will receive $5 off their purchase


What happens to my points if I return merchandise?

If you return merchandise, the points accumulated with the purchase will be deducted from your total points balance.


When will I receive my points for online purchases?

Points for purchases will be added to your account when your merchandise ships. 


What items are excluded from accumulating points?

Sales tax, shipping/handling and redemption of Posh Shop Gift Cards are excluded from accumulating points.
