We value our customer's satisfaction. Therefore, if, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the item for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Item must be unworn, unwashed, or altered in any way with original tags attached and in resell-able condition for return. Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt and will be credited back to the original form of payment. Please note: We do not cover shipping costs on returns. It takes 2-5 business days for your refund to be posted, depending on your credit card or bank. We will send you an email confirming the return has been processed.

Due to the nature of continuous orders, we cannot guarantee that the item you would like to exchange for will still be available when a return is received. Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Posh Shop reserves the right to limit and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history that may beindicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items
  • Suspicion of potential fraudulent or criminal activity

In addition, Posh Shop reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to any actions noted above.

Please note, non-Posh Shop items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.

We are giving customers 30 days to claim their denied returns and if they do not claim them they will be disposed of and no longer able to claim them back.

Wardrobing & Excessive Returns

Our Returns Team handles situations in which a customer's return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity or wardrobing. In these occurrences, someone on the team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject a customer, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all of our customers and Posh Shop.
